With over 40 years of combined experience, the coaches are not only martial arts experts but also registered social workers, disability sports coaches, first-aiders, and DBS checked, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.
They offer a range of training sessions to suit all skill levels. From youth sessions and advanced training to wrestling basics and Wrestle Fit, there's something for everyone. Kids can join the fun too with their Kids Fun Wrestling session, perfect for little ones to get started.
Booking is easy and can be done in advance or on the day. You can pay with cash, bank transfer, or choose the "On-Site" payment option online. If you prefer, just give Ian a call, text, or email to secure your spot.
For those with additional needs, Ian runs the Inclusive Wrestling Federation (IWF). These sessions provide a supportive and inclusive space for all abilities to enjoy wrestling.
