Race 5 of Summer is just around the corner for Tweed Valley Sailing Club. It's an event you definitely don't want to miss out on! Taking place this Sunday, it marks the final race day for the club in 2023.
Skippers, please make sure to register for the race by visiting our website and accessing the calendar event. This way, you can secure your spot and be a part of the excitement.
We want to inform all our junior sailors that there will be no sessions until the 14th of January. This is because our very own Matt will be participating in the Sydney Hobart race. However, if you're a competent junior sailor, we encourage you to join in with the regular races.
The briefing for the upcoming race will be held at Midday, followed by the racing itself which will kick off no earlier than 1 pm.
To ensure a smooth sailing experience, we are in need of volunteers to fill the available crew spots. Don't worry if you have no prior experience, as it's not necessary. If you're interested in crewing, please fill in the provided form on our website. Skippers can also take a look at the list of available crew members on our website.
This event is truly a standout as it is the Race Day of the Year organised by Tweed Valley Sailing. So mark it on your calendar! In the week leading up to the race, please keep an eye on your email for any important updates or changes.
