Classes focus on improving flexibility, strength, and coordination, incorporating various tricks and tumbling skills such as cartwheels, handstands, and aerial moves. Lyrical Lyrical dance combines elements of ballet and jazz with expressive storytelling and interpretation of music.

Parent & Toddler Parent & Toddler classes are a fun and interactive way for parents and their young children to bond and explore movement together.

The school holds an eagerly anticipated annual show every February, where all students have the option of taking part.
