Claire decided to dive deep and got officially trained in yoga therapy. For over 20 years, she's been sharing the goodness of yoga, especially with those over 50 because she truly believes it can boost their health and happiness.
Besides regular classes, Claire runs a special online session for people with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). Understanding their unique challenges, she’s tailored these classes to be super supportive and safe.
One of Claire's main teaching points is about listening to your body. She thinks our bodies give us all the right signals, and by paying attention to them, we can make better health choices.
Offering both in-person classes around Bury and online ones via Zoom, Claire's got a schedule on her website, making it easy to find a class that fits. Need something more personalised? She does 1-2-1 sessions too, both in person and online.
