The gym is open seven days a week, with varying opening hours throughout the week. From Monday to Friday, the gym opens at 6:00 am and closes at 10:00 pm, with the last entry to the spa at 9:00 pm. On Saturdays, the gym opens at 7:00 am and closes at 8:00 pm, with the last entry to the spa at 7:00 pm. Sundays have slightly reduced hours, with an 8:00 am opening and a 7:00 pm closing, and the last entry to the spa is at 7:00 pm as well.

It is important to note that anyone under the age of 16 is not permitted to use the steam, sauna, or jacuzzi facilities.

During the festive season, the gym also adjusts its opening hours. On Christmas Eve, the gym opens at 8:00 am and closes at 6:00 pm, with the last entry to the spa at 5:00 pm. Christmas Day and Boxing Day have the same opening and closing times, and New Year's Eve and New Year's Day follow the pattern as well, with an 8:00 am opening and a 6:00 pm closing.

The cancellation policy requires a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking, and a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or amendments. The gym is unable to issue refunds, but the deposit can be transferred to another date within the next 12 months.
