Raglan Tennis and Community Hall, located at 44 Frome Street in Raglan, NSW 2795, is a versatile facility that offers a spacious and open village hall, a fully equipped large kitchen area, and two fully lit tennis courts for hire.
The hall is available for booking from Monday to Saturday, from 7am to 12pm, excluding Sundays. The hire fee for the whole hall, excluding the tennis courts, is $180. For those seeking a meeting room, an hourly rate of $25 is available. Regular bookings can be arranged upon request.
A $150 bond is required for all bookings, which will be returned after a post-event hall inspection. Additionally, all hall hires must pay the admin fee to Bathurst Regional Council or provide proof of Public Liability insurance upon key collection.
The open format of the hall can accommodate up to 130 guests and provides tables and chairs for use. Separate male and female bathrooms are available, and the hall is carpeted throughout. Heating and air conditioning are provided for the comfort of guests.
The large kitchen area is equipped with two electric ovens/stovetops, a fridge, a freezer, a pie warmer, a microwave, and an urn. For outdoor events, a six-burner BBQ is also provided, although guests must bring their own gas. Lighting is available for night events.
For smaller gatherings and meetings, there is a generous-sized meeting room with a large boardroom table and a whiteboard. The hourly rate for this room is negotiable.
In addition to the hall facilities, Raglan Tennis and Community Hall offers two fully lit tennis courts available for hire. The court hire fees are $10 per court per hour during the day and $15 per court per hour at night under the lights.
