The club is located in the Avondale GAA Hall, just outside Rathdrum on the road towards Avoca. Training sessions are held on Saturdays from 2pm-4pm, with an additional class from 4-5 pm for competition gymnasts and trampolinists. The head coach of the club is Les, who is certified in Senior Womens, Mens Artistic Trampoline coaching, as well as being a Trampoline Judge and the Chairperson of the club.
Rathdrum Gymnastics Club welcomes boys and girls aged 6 and over to join their classes. The club is a voluntary organisation run entirely on the goodwill of the local community, with all coaches certified by Gymnastics Ireland/Coaching Ireland and Garda Vetted.
Enrolment for new members is open for the 2017/18 season, with classes available for various age groups and levels. The club also offers Summer Camps, which can be booked online. Additionally, the club has a sister club called Wicklow Gymnastics Club.
