They offer a variety of classes and three training tracks tailored to your goals. Every class has a coach on hand to keep an eye on your form and help you tackle any issues. Raupatu Fitness runs on weekdays starting bright and early at 6am and staying open till 8pm, with Thursday evenings a bit shorter. On weekends, they’re open from 8am to 10pm, so there’s always a time slot to squeeze in a workout.
New members kick off with a free assessment with one of the coaches. Depending on the assessment, Anne might suggest the Fundamentals programme at $25 per session to get you prepped for their Strength & Conditioning classes.
