At Raw Courage Transformations, clients can participate in cardio classes known as ICE, as well as resistance training classes called FIRE. These classes serve as the foundation for creating a strong and fit body. The gym also offers a body transformation programme, which serves as an advanced level to further one's fitness journey. Renee Fitzsimmons, the owner of Raw Courage Transformations, is a highly qualified trainer. She holds a Certificate III and IV in Personal Training, Level 1,2,3 & 4 Metabolic Precision – Transformation Specialist, and Level 1 sports trainer. She also has a background in food, nutrition, strength training, and has competed in BodyBuilding shows. Renee specialises in motivating individuals to change their lives and achieve their best shape ever.
