Their 30-day Introduction is the perfect way to begin your yoga journey with them.

In addition to their regular yoga classes, Raw Wellbeing also offers private yoga therapy sessions. These one-on-one sessions are based on yoga and other evidence-based movement and mindfulness practises. They provide personalised support and guidance tailored to individual needs, helping clients on their path to healing and wellbeing.

For those interested in becoming yoga teachers or furthering their professional development, Raw Wellbeing also offers yoga teacher training courses, workshops, and mentoring. Nicole and John, both highly qualified yoga instructors, teacher trainers, and mental health professionals, bring their extensive knowledge and experience to these trainings, ensuring that aspiring yoga teachers receive exceptional education and guidance.

Located at 161D Kitchener Road in Milford, Raw Wellbeing's studio is a haven for local yogis. With a focus on inclusivity and providing options and variations for all levels of practise, their classes and private sessions are designed to help individuals understand their body-mind connexion in a grounded and effective way. This approach, known as a “Mental Health Aware” or “Trauma-informed” approach, allows for a safe and supportive environment for all students.

With a maximum capacity of 12 students per class, Raw Wellbeing ensures small class sizes for an intimate and personalised experience. Their studio also offers fresh tea to enjoy before each session, allowing students to unwind and settle in before their practise.
