Experience the upcoming 5th edition of the RD5 Swimming Event hosted by Love Open Water Milton Keynes at London Royal Docks on 13th July 2024. The previous event was a hit and this year promises to be even better for participants. Choose to swim in the Relaxed, Medium, or Fast wave as you complete 5 laps of a 1km course. Whether you're prepping for the Dock2Dock swim or just want a casual swim, RD5 is the perfect local event that is both enjoyable and welcoming. You'll have a generous 4.5 hours to finish the swim, but be sure to keep an eye on specific time limits to ensure completion. From front crawl to doggy-paddle, all swimming styles are welcome, and wetsuits are optional for those who prefer swimming in skins. To take part in the RD5, a NOWCA membership is required. Be sure not to miss out on the chance to swim in the stunning backdrop of London Royal Docks.
