Participants will engage in yoga and gymnastics exercises for stretching, and use circus apparatus such as rola-bolas, balance boards, cushions, juggling balls, spinning plates, scarves, and staves for balance and coordination.
Leila Rogovina, the owner and head coach at RDS Gymnastics, has a wealth of experience in gymnastics and teaching. With over 30 years of experience in coaching gymnastics, Leila holds certifications in Rhythmic Gymnastics, Artistic Gymnastics, Bothmer Gymnastics, Standard First Aid, and Respect in Making Ethical Decisions. She has trained in a 5-year movement program with Spacial Dynamics in New York, and continues to expand her knowledge and skills in the world of gymnastics. Leila's passion for movement and working with children has led her to create a joyful space at RDS Gymnastics where individuals can learn, grow, and thrive.
