In these group sessions, we start with an individual warm-up based on a movement assessment that helps us identify any muscle imbalances. We then move on to strength work, followed by a high-intensity interval training (HIT) workout that is challenging and fun.
Our converted barn studio in Snitterfield provides a peaceful and serene setting for our group fitness sessions. Surrounded by the beautiful countryside, it offers a space where clients can focus on finding peace for their mind, body, and soul.
Our sessions run throughout the week at various times to accommodate different schedules. We also offer a special promotion for those looking to kick start their fitness journey in 2024, with six weeks of group training sessions available for just 149. As an added bonus, clients who take advantage of this offer before January 14th, 2024, also receive a free movement assessment.

Our sessions are suitable for everyone, from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiasts. We have clients ranging from 16 to 84 years old, and our initial movement assessment allows us to tailor the sessions to each individual's specific needs and abilities.
Once the six weeks are up, clients have the option to continue their fitness journey by signing up for a monthly group session. For just 129 per month, they can attend up to three sessions per week and continue working towards their fitness goals.
