After experiencing the life-changing benefits of fitness and wellness first-hand, I decided to pursue a career in the industry to share my knowledge and help others on their own health journeys. That's when Recharge Plus was born.
Recharge Plus is a fitness centre, personal trainer, Pilates studio, wellness centre, women's personal trainer, and yoga studio all rolled into one. Located in Kew, Victoria, our studio provides a safe and welcoming space for women of all ages and fitness levels to achieve their health and wellness goals.

At Recharge Plus, we pride ourselves on creating a safe and inclusive environment. We understand that mental health is just as important as physical health, which is why we provide a space for those experiencing mental health issues or living with a disability. As a registered provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), we are here to support you on your path to wellness.
