Led by exercise physiologist Andrew Morris (AJ), the service focuses on improving function, mobility, independence and quality of life through tailored exercise programs. It is especially aimed at people managing chronic health conditions, including neurological disorders, disabilities and mental health concerns, and those with musculoskeletal injuries. The service also supports kids with exercise programs designed around interests.
