With a passion for bringing Sports Medicine and Science to human performance, rehabilitation, and holistic health, David has dedicated his career to helping individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels achieve their optimal physical function.
David's extensive clinical training and experience, combined with his own athletic and dance background spanning more than 35 years, allows him to deliver a unique blend of sports performance enhancement and injury rehabilitation techniques. From elite athletes to military personnel, from pre and postnatal mothers to cancer recovery patients, David's expertise covers a wide range of clientele.
With a Master of Health Science in Biomechanics, a Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine, and Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness, David employs a holistic approach to his training programmes. This includes the use of counselling, nutrition guidance, tailored exercise programmes, hydrotherapy, physical therapy, dance therapy, breath work, and sleep coaching.
