Redefined Yoga

Redefined Yoga in Lloydminster offers inclusive yoga classes designed for everyBODY. Instructor Kelsey is a 500-hour RYT and RPYT, and teaches students ranging from brand new to those returning after a break or maintaining a regular practice. The studio welcomes different experience levels and focuses on movement options that work for the individual. Prenatal yoga is offered as part of the class lineup.
