Refine Studio is a Pilates studio in Stockbridge, Hampshire offering reformer Pilates, barre and yoga classes. It is based at The Bull Pen at Tiebridge Farm, with onsite parking. Classes suit total beginners through to experienced movers, including dedicated Mums and Babies sessions for pregnancy or postpartum. Reformer and barre sessions require grip socks, and most classes are barefoot or socks only.
