Additionally, she has undergone mindfulness teacher training with The Mindfulness Now programme, further enhancing her ability to support clients on their wellness journey.
Lucia's personal journey, which began with the tragic loss of her son, led her to discover the transformative power of mindfulness movement and various therapies. Inspired by her own experiences and the miracles these methods can work, Lucia is dedicated to sharing her knowledge and helping as many people as possible.
