Reform You Pilates was founded by Lindsay Pongraz, the owner and operator of the studio. Lindsay is a playful, energetic, and caring individual who found her true passion in Pilates. She feels blessed to have turned her passion into her career and is devoted to challenging her own body and helping her clients achieve their fitness goals. Lindsay holds a Certificate IV in Pilates from Breathe Education and is a registered member of the Pilates Alliance Australasia.
Joining Lindsay is Olivia Strangio, the newest instructor at Reform You Pilates. Olivia is caring, radiant, and playful, and she has discovered her love for Pilates and teaching. Despite working a full-time job, Olivia has dedicated herself to pursuing her passion for Pilates in her free time. She has completed Studio Pilates Matwork and Studio Pilates Reformer training and is excited to share her love for Pilates with the studio's members.
