Norton Sports, a local soccer club in Stoke-on-Trent, is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for all budding female footballers out there. Stoke City is inviting talented players to join its renowned Regional Talent Club (RTC) and they are organising a series of trials throughout the month of June.
The RTC is designed to provide elite player development opportunities for females aged between six to 16. The club understands the importance of tailoring coaching programs for each age group, ensuring that every player receives the proper training and challenges to improve their skills.
What sets the RTC apart is its ultimate goal of helping aspiring players reach the FA performance camps and England training camps. The club works closely with the Stoke City women's team to create a clear pathway for talented girls to progress through the club ranks. In fact, last season, an impressive 85% of women involved with the women's teams had attended the RTC.
The opportunities for the U14 and U16 girls are truly fantastic. They get to compete in the FA Regional Talent Club fixture program, and to add on to that, the U16s also have the chance to participate in the prestigious FA National Cup. Talk about an incredible platform to showcase their skills!
For the younger age groups such as the U10s and U12s, they get to compete in a local boys league, which aligns with the FA's objectives. It's a great opportunity for them to learn and grow alongside talented male players.
So, if you or someone you know has the burning desire to improve and compete at these elite levels, now is the time to seize the opportunity. All you need to do is register your interest by filling out the registration form. Don't forget, the trials will be taking place at the Norton Miners Welfare Club, located at Community Drive, Smallthorne, Stoke-on-Trent, ST6 1QF.
Don't miss out on this unbelievable chance to join the renowned Regional Talent Club and take your football skills to the next level. Norton Sports looks forward to welcoming all the talented young players to the trials and witnessing their journey towards excellence in the sport of soccer.
