The courses at Reiki Coaching Therapy start at 10am and end at 5pm with breaks in between. Refreshments such as tea, coffee, biscuits, and a light lunch are provided. Dress comfortably in warm clothing and feel free to bring a favourite blanket or pillow.
It is recommended to wait at least 6 months between Reiki levels to adjust to the new Reiki energy. A period of 21 days cleansing follows each workshop. During this time, you may experience emotions as mental and emotional blocks are released.
