Reithof Rumke Inc. is an equestrian facility located just outside of Lancaster, Ontario. Situated within convenient reach of major cities such as Cornwall, Montreal, and Ottawa, our facility offers a wide range of services including training, riding instruction, summer camps, working student packages, and horse retirement packages.
Our founder, Brigitte, known fondly as Gitti, is a CEF certified Level 2 coach with a passion for dressage. With a background in competitive riding and training in Germany, Gitti brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the equestrian community. From her early days as a young competitor to her success at the national level, Gitti's dedication to the sport shines through in her coaching and training programs.
At Reithof Rumke Inc. , we pride ourselves on our top-notch facilities, including an indoor arena, outdoor riding ring, heated locker room, bathroom, tack room, feed room, group turnouts, pony paddocks, and plenty of trails for exploring. We offer a choice of 24/7 turnouts or stalls, with a total of 20 box stalls available. Additionally, we are currently expanding our facilities to include a new barn with five additional stalls, a feed room, and a tack room.
In terms of services, Gitti offers riding instruction for equestrians of all levels, from beginners to seasoned riders. With a selection of reliable lesson horses and ponies, we cater to individual needs and preferences. Boarding options include turnout, personal feeding programs, and full access to our facilities. We also provide training services for horses across all English riding disciplines, with both full-time and part-time options available.
For those interested in competition, Gitti is available to show clients' horses that are currently in training with her. Her extensive show experience and skill make her a sought-after competitor in the equestrian world. Additionally, we offer a variety of summer camps throughout the season, providing participants with valuable life skills and experiences in a fun and engaging environment.
