In addition to our boxing classes, we offer a Monday evening beginners youth boxing class for ages 9-15, where young athletes can learn the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and supportive environment. We also have an amateur boxing squad that meets on Monday evenings for invite-only training sessions.
On Tuesday evenings, we offer a women's BoxFit class, where ladies can improve their fitness and build strength through a combination of boxing and high-intensity interval training. Renfrewshire Boxing Club was established in 2006 and has since become one of Scotland's most successful boxing clubs. We have produced numerous regional and national champions and have even represented Scotland at the Commonwealth Games and other international events. Our coaching team is experienced and fully disclosed, holding the highest expertise level and licenced by the esteemed British Boxing Board of Control.
