My name is Alex and I’m going to be your trainer for the outdoor sessions you’ll be attending.
Outdoor training is a time to get out and train in a fun and enthusiastic group. Group training is also a time for you to meet new faces that are going to help and motivate you and also help you grow.
We focus on Strength, Endurance, Power and Speed. All these will help you with your weight loss and toning your body.
