This membership gives you the opportunity to experience our training programmes, become part of our community, and work with our expert coaching team. You'll receive an introductory session to familiarise yourself with the gym and learn the fundamental movements. Throughout the 6 weeks, you'll have 18 group training sessions led by our coaches, where you'll receive personalised attention and guidance.
