Physiotherapy is one of our core services, and our appointments are conducted in private rooms, allowing for one-on-one sessions that are 30 minutes long. Our physiotherapists use a combination of manual therapy techniques and education to help you understand your diagnosis and make informed decisions about your treatment.

In addition to physiotherapy, we offer a range of other services to support your health and well-being. Our remedial massage therapists are skilled in effectively treating muscular pain and tension, while our exercise physiologists will assess your mobility, strength, and overall well-being to design a personalised exercise programme for you. If you require specialised foot care, our podiatrists are here to help, and our dieticians can provide expert guidance on nutrition and dietary management.

At Restore Movement, we also cater to the specific needs of athletes. Our sports massage therapists are trained to address sports-related injuries and help improve performance. We also offer golf assessments and golf injury treatments using the Titleist Performance Institute screening protocol, ensuring that your body is in optimal condition for your swing.

All our staff are fully vaccinated, and we continue to follow social distancing guidelines to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our patients. While mask-wearing is no longer mandatory, our team is more than happy to wear masks upon request.

You can find us at two convenient locations in Ashwood and Burwood, making it easier for you to access the care you require. Our Ashwood clinic is located at 509 Warrigal Road, while our Burwood clinic, known as Restore Movement at HoneyComb Health, is situated at 44 Highbury Rd.
