Retford Gymnastics Club, located in the Old Timber Shed in Torworth, DN22 8JZ, is a gymnastics club in Retford, offering a wide range of classes for all ages and abilities. The club aims to promote and develop gymnastics skills and foster a love for the sport in a safe and supportive environment.

For children from walking to 4 years old, the Little Gymstars programme is available. In this 45-minute session, parents and carers work alongside their child to introduce them to the basic foundations of gymnastics. Sessions are held on Tuesdays at 13:00 pm, Wednesdays at 14:00 pm, and Thursdays at 11:30 am and 13:00 pm. The cost per session is 5.

The club also offers Independent Preschool classes for children aged 3–4 years old. These classes provide children with the opportunity to develop their skills under the guidance of Preschool coaches. To enrol in these classes, there is a 10 joining fee and a monthly payment of 29 via Direct Debit through the online system.

It is also mandatory to insure your child as a Preschool gymnast with British Gymnastics and pay a 10 annual membership to the club in April of each year.

Recreational gymnastics classes are available for children aged 4–18 years old, with sessions running Monday to Friday from 4 pm to 8 pm and Saturday mornings from 9 am to 1 pm. The classes are divided based on age groups, and each group attends a one-hour session per week. The costs for joining these classes are a 10 joining fee and a monthly payment of 29 via Direct Debit through the online system. Additionally, separate insurance with British Gymnastics is required for each child as a bronze recreational gymnast, and an annual membership fee to the club is called for each April.

For those interested in competitive gymnastics, the club has Women's and Men's Competitive Squads. These gymnasts train for competitions at various levels, including General, County, Regional, National, and International. Gymnasts are selected from recreational classes or through open trial days.

Retford Gymnastics Club is proud to offer an Open Disability Gymnastics session on Saturdays from 4 pm to 5 pm for children with disabilities. The session is parent/carer-led, and coaches are present to provide supervision and guidance. The cost per session attended is 5.

Adults who are interested in gymnastics can also join the club for an Adults Gymnastics session on Mondays at 8 pm. This one-and-a-half-hour session is open to individuals aged 18 and over, regardless of their abilities. The cost per session is 8. 50, and booking and payment online are essential.
