Self-esteem, confidence, teamwork, muscle memory, coordination, and balance. We believe that dance is not just about the physical movements, but also about personal growth and self-expression.

At RFDance, we offer a variety of classes for all ages and dance genres. Our classes include Acro Dance, where children can explore a fusion of dance and gymnastics, building new levels of skills, balance, and flexibility. We also offer TuTu Cute, a programme designed to introduce young children (ages 2-7) to the magical world of dance.

For ages 10 and above, our Ballet, Tap, and Jazz classes focus on strength, technique, balance, and coordination. We also offer Street Dance classes for children ages 3-16, allowing them to express themselves and let their energy run wild.

We understand the importance of giving children the opportunity to perform, so every child at RFDance gets the chance to participate in an annual show, competitions, and displays. These events allow children to showcase their skills and build their confidence in front of an audience.

Our experienced and dedicated teachers are committed to providing high-standard yet fun dance training to our students. We make it a priority to create a welcoming and inclusive environment, where every person feels like part of our family.

RFDance was established in 2016 and has quickly gained a reputation in the local area for its excellence in dance training. We are conveniently located just outside Shaw Town centre and are easily accessible via public transportation.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer adult fitness classes, private lessons, and RFDance parties for special occasions. We are accredited under the UKA and Acrobatic Arts exam boards, ensuring that our students receive recognised qualifications for their hard work and dedication.
