Rheidol Riding Centre

Member who takes great pride in providing excellent service to both riders and horses. Liz has extensive experience in teaching and coaching riders of all ages and abilities, and she always strives to create a positive and enjoyable learning environment.

As a British Horse Society (BHS) approved riding, training, and examination centre, Rheidol Riding Centre is committed to upholding the highest standards of horse care and horsemanship. The centre offers a range of activities for riders of all levels, including lessons, leisure riding, Pony Club, examination training, and riding and road safety courses.

Joyce is one of the experienced instructors at Rheidol Riding Centre, with 13 years of experience teaching riders. She has achieved her BHS Stage 2 and Stage 3 Stable Management qualifications, and she loves taking competent riders on explorations of the Rheidol Valley.

Steph, another member of the team, learned to ride at Rheidol from a young age and went on to study Equine Performance and Management, earning a BSc Honours Degree. Currently working towards her BHS Stage 2, Steph enjoys coaching younger children and witnessing their progress as they advance in their riding skills and eventually join Pony Club.

Flora, who joined the team in 2019, has been riding for most of her life. With a daughter who is also a keen rider, Flora returned to riding and became part of the team at Rheidol. She has achieved her BHS Stage 1 and is working towards her Stage 2, and she particularly enjoys jumping and exploring the Valley on horseback.

Ffion, a committed member of the pony club, has been riding at Rheidol since she was 13 years old. She has been part of the Pony Club Show Jumping and Eventing teams and has even gained her B Test. With a background in animal care, Ffion is proficient in all aspects of stable management and takes great care of the horses at the centre.

Niamh, a senior member of the Pony Club, is the Pony Club Mounted Games trainer at Rheidol. She is enthusiastic and loves seeing the kids succeed. Niamh recently achieved her B Test in Pony Club, a significant accomplishment. She also teaches Stable Management to junior members and is dedicated to her studies.

Liz, a long-standing member of the Rheidol team, is known for her passion and knowledge in all things equestrian. She is an excellent instructor who takes pride in providing top-notch service to riders and horses alike.
