Rhythmic Gymnastics Summer Camp

Get set for an awesome week of gymnastics excitement with Illusions Rhythmic Gymnastics Club's Summer Camp! This camp is all about diving into the world of rhythmic gymnastics, focusing on mastering new skills, perfecting technique with apparatus, and improving fitness, flexibility, and strength. Just like our other seasonal programs, participants can expect a structured setup that promotes hard work and dedication. But fear not - we've also planned plenty of downtime for games, crafts, and relaxation to make sure everyone has a blast.

Please bear in mind that this camp is exclusive to competitive athletes and will be taking place from Monday to Friday at our brand new spot at West Halifax Cheer in Bedford Place Mall. Drop-offs are welcome between 8:30 AM to 9:00 AM, with pick-ups scheduled between 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. Each day will be jam-packed with activities such as warm-ups, apparatus practice, lunch breaks, crafts, and more.
