We organise group hydrotherapy classes in Teddington Hydrotherapy Pool, with warm water sessions designed to support a range of musculoskeletal conditions with treatment led by Chartered Physiotherapists.
Membership is open to adults aged over eighteen.
A maximum of seven members is allowed in the pool at any one time, alongside the physio leading the group.
