Capacity in 2009 after having a successful amateur career and competing at a national level. I hold multiple state and national titles and have trained numerous state and national champions. With my years of experience in the sport, I decided to establish Ringfit Training Centre in 2013 with the goal of creating a unique and inclusive boxing and fitness community. As the head coach and owner, I am dedicated to providing high-quality training programmes and helping individuals reach their fitness goals through boxing and strength training.
