Rinka

RINKA is a physical fitness programme located in Drumrooske Business Park, offering after school classes and children's party services. Our mission is to make fitness fun and enjoyable for kids all over Ireland, helping them build confidence and fall in love with movement. Our classes are designed to be energetic, child-centred, and focus on three key areas: cardiovascular exercises, muscular strength, and health and wellbeing challenges.

At RINKA, we believe in teaching kids to believe in themselves and building their confidence. We want to show children that fitness is essential and accessible to all, regardless of whether they love sports or not. Our goal is to reach children at a level that interests them, giving them the opportunity to master physical literacy from a young age in a way that they enjoy.

Parents can enrol their kids in our classes to help them stay active and build self-confidence. Schools can also bring RINKA to their premises to get students moving and energised. We offer opportunities for instructors to join our team and be a part of the children's fitness industry, working with us directly or applying for a licence to bring RINKA to their own gym or studio.
