Our classes have been meticulously designed to cater to all levels of experience, from first-time aerialists to advanced-level performers. When you sign up for a class at Rise, you commit to a 10-week term. This ensures that you have ample opportunity to build upon your skills each week and witness your progress firsthand.

Whether you have years of aerials training under your belt or are just beginning, we warmly welcome you into our Rise family and are here to assist you in taking the next steps in your fitness journey.
