Our Essential membership offers 8 bootcamp sessions per month, access to online classes, personalised coaching, nutrition planning, and weekly challenges. We aim to help you achieve between 150 and 200 Myzone Effort Points (MEPS) per session, equivalent to burning 400–800 calories.
