Riverside Fit Park, located in Courtenay, offers a unique outdoor workout experience. It is located near the hub of many older adult programs and the Evergreen Club, making it a central location for fitness enthusiasts.
Courtenay Recreation Fitness Staff are hosting a FREE ORIENTATION on Friday, October 27 from 12 noon to 1 p. m. This event is open to everyone, where staff will be on-site demonstrating equipment and answering questions. Water and light snacks will be provided during the orientation.
The Fit Park aims to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals looking to improve their fitness levels and overall well-being.
