Nicola Rock, the founder of Rock Fitness and Yoga, is a dedicated personal trainer with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. With over 10 years of teaching yoga, Nicola understands the importance of balance and rejuvenation in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Her passion for yoga started while rehabilitating after breaking her ankle during a Muay Thai Kickboxing class in 2011. In just six months, she travelled to India to learn how to teach yoga and has since been a freelance fitness and yoga instructor.
Nicola believes in the power of recharging, recovering, and restoring balance for overall health.
Nicola's own personal journey inspired her to create Rock Fitness and Yoga. Following a more balanced lifestyle with her husband, they started a family and had two children. Her son and daughter are the sunshine in her life, and her husband is her rock.
