Introduce you to our holistic wellness centre called Room to Move Wellbeing located in Andover, New Zealand. Our studio offers a range of services including Pilates, alternative medicine practises, massage therapy, nutrition coaching, personal training, weight-loss programmes, and yoga classes.

At Room to Move Wellbeing, we believe in the power of movement and its ability to improve overall wellbeing. Our Pilates classes cater to beginners and intermediate participants, offering both mat-based Practical Pilates and upbeat Barre Pilates. We recommend starting with Practical Pilates if you're new to Pilates or booking a private coaching session.

For those looking for small group training sessions, we offer Primal PT sessions based on primal movement patterns. These sessions focus on cardio or strength training and are conducted in a circuit format. You can work at your own pace with individual assistance and coaching, all while barefoot.

Our yoga community is inclusive and supportive, catering to students of all ages, sizes, and abilities. We practise body-positive and accessible yoga, promoting improved flexibility, correct breathing control, and mental relaxation. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, we welcome you to join us in formats such as Hatha, Science of Stretching & Subtle Yoga.

If you're in need of holistic therapies, our studio offers massage therapy and Gua Sha. We address the root cause of your pain and discomfort, providing a combination of massage therapy, Gua Sha, and mobility-improving techniques. By treating the source of the issue, we aim to alleviate your symptoms and enhance your overall well-being.

Not only do we serve local members at our physical studio in Andover, but we also offer online coaching sessions for individuals worldwide. Regardless of where you are, we are committed to helping you achieve your wellness goals.
