The in-house, age-specific curriculum is a hallmark of Roots Football School. Tailored to the unique needs of Indian children, the program focuses on developing technical, physical, psychological, and tactical skills. This meticulous approach ensures that each player grows holistically and is well-prepared for the challenges on and off the field. Players and their families can explore these programs through complimentary academy trial classes, a perfect introduction to the dynamic environment here.
Team training at this academy is intense and rewarding. With a rigorous five-day-a-week schedule, dedicated pathways for selected youth and women players ensure continuous skill enhancement. Competing in the Super Division League and national competitions, Roots FC offers a platform for academy players to transition to professional football seamlessly. This dedication has seen over 30 trainees go on to represent ISL, I-League, and various national and state teams, setting a high bar for future generations.
Guided by a distinguished coaching team, including AFC-certified professionals and former league players, the expertise available is unmatched. Boasting over 100 years of combined grassroots coaching experience, the team’s diverse backgrounds in media, finance, education, and performance training add a unique, multidimensional approach to coaching. Supported by specialized physiotherapists, performance trainers, and sports psychologists, every player’s journey is comprehensively managed towards excellence.
