About
Rosy Movement is a boutique Pilates and yoga studio in Collingwood, based at 20 Smith St. It suits people who want a small, membership-based space with personalised attention, rather than a drop-in studio. Classes and one-to-one sessions are offered for a range of needs including rehabilitation, pregnancy and postpartum support, perimenopause and menopause, and size-inclusive movement. The studio uses a calm, privacy-focused setup and supports movement that feels safe and tailored to your body.
