Stewart Cunningham’s getting the BBQ together! This past summer, we had an amazing time dancing at Picnic in the Park. Thanks to everyone, we raised $172 for Breast Cancer Research. Our Halloween Dance was a blast, with lots of costumes and awesome moves. Check out more Halloween Dance photos HERE.
The West End Christmas party was fantastic—great potluck and dancing with music by Robert McOwen. The Happy New Year dance started the year off right, especially with guests Denis & Anne from Ireland bringing some Highland Fling fun. Everyone had a smile on their face at the Valentine's Day Dance with more music from Robert McOwen.
The final dance of the season was a hit with a Pulling sales party, dancing, and loads of delicious goodies, both homemade and from local restaurants!
For 2024 & 2025, you can join RSCDS Vancouver as an individual or with your family. Benefits include connecting with the local Branch, getting the newsletter, and discounted entry to events like workshops, balls, and ceilidhs. Membership renews yearly. If you join classes, there are extra fees for hall and teacher costs.
We have two class seasons: September to December, and January to April. New to SCD and joining halfway? No problem, we have reduced fees for late registrations. A Society member will handle your membership and class payments. Got questions? Just ask us!
