The Rugby Association of Maharashtra (RAM) is a beacon for rugby enthusiasts, recognized by the Directorate of Sports & Youth Services, Govt. of Maharashtra and the Maharashtra Olympic Association (MOA). Proudly affiliated with the Indian Rugby Football Union (IRFU), which is recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Govt. of India, RAM is intertwined with some of the most prestigious rugby bodies, including Asia Rugby and World Rugby.

RAM is dedicated to fostering the growth and development of rugby across the state, spanning the grassroots to high-performance levels. With an impressive network of 28 District Rugby Associations actively promoting men’s, women’s, and youth rugby, Maharashtra stands as a significant pillar for the sport in India.
