Equipped with four boxing rings, including a 20-foot competition ring and two 18-foot training rings, members have ample space to train and hone their skills. The gym also features a mirrored tech area and a strength and conditioning zone. In their bag area, members can find various types of bags, including aqua bags, heavy bags, and speedballs, among others.
Additionally, there is a dedicated cardio zone with treadmills and exercise bikes for members to improve their fitness levels.
The club also offers a range of classes, including boxing, kickboxing, and kung fu. They provide training for both amateurs and those looking to compete at a higher level. In addition, Runcorn ABC offers a unique “Disco Box” class exclusively for ladies, combining fitness and boxing techniques in a fun and energetic environment.
Runcorn ABC is also proud to introduce the AFA Boxing Academy programme.
