Led by John, a competitive fell runner with a wealth of knowledge in running injuries, this class is geared towards reducing the risk of injury and enhancing your running abilities.
Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this class is suitable for runners of all abilities, including those who may be new to strength training. You don't need any prior experience, as our expert instructor will guide you through the exercises and provide all the necessary equipment.
