RUSH IN BALLET, based in London, offers a comprehensive and unique ballet training experience. Natalia believes ballet is not just an art form, but also a science and sport, as well as the dance of the soul.

At RUSH IN BALLET, the focus is not limited to improving dance skills. They also aim to enhance overall strength, balance, flexibility, posture, and memory. The team believes that ballet is for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. A warm welcome awaits all who wish to learn and grow through ballet.

The classes at RUSH IN BALLET are exemplary in quality and professionalism. Students benefit from a blend of Russian and English ballet techniques, providing a well-rounded training experience. Natalia, the director and headteacher, has over 35 years of teaching and dancing experience. Trained in Russia by Galina Balashova, a former principal of the Bolshoi Ballet, Natalia brings a wealth of knowledge to the school.

During the pandemic and beyond, RUSH IN BALLET offers online classes via Zoom. This allows students to continue their ballet journey from home, with detailed feedback ensuring real progress in their technique.

RUSH IN BALLET prides itself on a dynamic and inclusive community of dancers. The school regularly organises events and showcases to celebrate ballet. One such event was the National Polish Day, where the school showcased the works of Polish composers like Frederic Chopin in Les Sylphides and a choreographed interpretation of Stabat Mater by Karol Szymanowski. This event successfully integrated singing, soloists, choir, piano, and dance, creating an inspiring experience for all ages.
