Sabu Yoga, run by Sabu Chaitanya, is based right here in Burnaby and is your go-to for all things yoga. With over 35 years of teaching under his belt, Sabu Chaitanya specializes in classical Hatha Yoga that aims to transform both body and mind.
Every Saturday, there's a cool Headstand Workshop to help you nail the basics of headstands, from alignment to progressions. It's a great way to take your practice up a notch in a friendly and supportive setting.
Heights Yoga and Wellness in Burnaby also hosts a Three-Week Yoga Intensive course. This course is all about reducing anxiety, stress, and depression while boosting your vitality and overall well-being. You’ll dive into breathing exercises, sun salutations, and various asanas that are designed to get your muscles strong and your joints moving freely.
