Saffron's Yoga is a well-known yoga studio located in Macclesfield, New Zealand. She encourages participants to adjust their positions and utilise props such as chairs and cushions to cater to their specific needs and stages of pregnancy. For optimal preparation, participants are advised to have a sturdy chair, cushions, a blanket, and water for each session.
