Salsa Classes - Cubaneando - O2 Centre

Cubaneando's Salsa Classes at the O2 Centre in London offer an authentic and exhilarating experience for salsa enthusiasts of all levels. Led by former Tropicana Rueda World Champions Antonio and Esther, who boast over 18 years of experience teaching Cuban salsa, these classes provide a unique and well-renowned methodology.

Every Saturday, two different levels of classes are offered on each hour. The beginners' level is perfect for those new to salsa or looking to brush up on their basic skills. The intermediates level is ideal for dancers who have prior experience and are ready for a more challenging routine (please consult the instructor for advice before transitioning to this level).

The schedule for classes is as follows: Cuban Salsa runs from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Beginners 1 and Intermediates with Antonio take place from 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Improvers 1 and High Intermediates are held from 8:15 pm to 9:15 pm.

Pricing for the classes is 10 for a one-hour session or 15 for two hours (students and NHS staff receive a 2 discount). Booking in advance is highly recommended as the venue has limited capacity. Walk-ins are allowed but may require registration on arrival, with priority given to those who have pre-booked.

One of the standout features of Cubaneando's Salsa Classes is the friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Many students attend the classes solo, so there is no need to bring a partner. Partners are frequently rotated throughout the lessons, ensuring everyone gets a chance to dance and meet new people. Divas and Mambo Kings are strictly prohibited, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

To reach the O2 Centre, the Venue Hall is located on Level 2 via the corridor to the family room and Gymboree. For those arriving by car, the recommended postcode for satnav users is NW3 6LU, which will lead them directly to the Centre. Ample car parking is available.

The closest tube station to the O2 Centre is Finchley Road, served by the Metropolitan and Jubilee lines. Finchley Road & Frognal railway station, on the London Overground Richmond/Clapham Junction to Stratford line, is also a short walk away. Bus services, including the 13, 113, 187, 268, and N113, stop directly outside the Centre.
