With a focus on Salsa and Bachata, our classes are designed to be fun and enjoyable for people of all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner looking to learn the basics or an experienced dancer wanting to refine your technique, Salsa Therapy has something for everyone.

Led by a team of talented and passionate instructors with 16+ years of experience in Salsa and Bachata, we strive to empower our students and help them improve their balance, coordination, and flexibility while having a great time. Our classes go beyond just teaching dance steps; they provide a supportive community where you can make new friends and improve your physical and mental well-being.

We offer classes in five terms, each consisting of eight weeks. These classes are carefully structured to build on each other, gradually introducing different elements of the dance to help you develop your movement, musicality, and coordination. As you progress through each week, you will gain more confidence on the dance floor and see improvement in your dancing abilities.

Our weekly class schedule includes Salsa and Bachata classes on Mondays and Thursdays. On Mondays, we offer Salsa classes taught by Lilia and Jono, ranging from intermediate to beginners level 1. Thursdays are dedicated to Bachata, with Adam and Fiona teaching a sensual Bachata intermediate class, Mike and Fiona leading the Bachata improvers class, and Lilia and Jono instructing the Bachata beginners level 1 class.

In addition to our regular classes, we also host special events to enhance your dance experience. These events include taster classes where you can try Salsa and Bachata for free, allowing you to get a taste of what Salsa Therapy is all about. We also offer term packages for those who are committed to their dance journey and want to make the most out of their learning experience.
